Effective Date: November 1, 2025. Last Updated: October 2, 2026.

Terms Cancellations Privacy Disclaimer

Welcome to Travelera. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Travelera website and the purchase or arrangement of travel services through our platform.

Travelera is a travel service brand operated by TRAVEL ERA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, making a reservation, purchasing a travel service, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Travelera

Travelera provides travel-related booking and customer-support services, including flight search, reservation assistance, ticketing and other travel-related services.

Travel services may be provided directly by airlines and other third-party travel suppliers. The terms, conditions, restrictions and policies of the applicable airline or supplier may also apply to your booking.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use the Travelera website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities;
  • Provide false, inaccurate or misleading information;
  • Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to our systems;
  • Use the website to interfere with other customers’ bookings;
  • Use another person’s payment method without authorization; or
  • Attempt to misuse promotions, pricing or booking systems.

Travelera reserves the right to refuse or cancel a transaction where fraud, unauthorized payment activity, misuse or other unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.

3. Travel Prices and Availability

Travel prices, schedules, availability, baggage allowances, taxes and fees may change at any time before a reservation is confirmed and/or a ticket is issued.

A displayed price, quote or itinerary does not necessarily constitute a confirmed booking.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after the applicable payment has been successfully processed and the applicable booking or ticket has been issued or confirmed.

4. Booking Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Full passenger name;
  • Date of birth;
  • Contact information;
  • Passport or travel-document information;
  • Travel dates;
  • Origin and destination; and
  • Other information required to complete the reservation.

Customers should carefully review all booking information before completing a purchase.

Errors in passenger information may result in additional charges, restrictions or the inability to travel, depending on the airline or supplier’s rules.

5. Airline and Supplier Rules

Each airline and travel supplier may have its own:

  • Fare rules;
  • Cancellation rules;
  • Change fees;
  • Baggage policies;
  • No-show policies;
  • Seat-selection rules;
  • Ticket validity rules;
  • Refund rules; and
  • Other conditions of carriage or service.

These rules may apply in addition to Travelera’s policies.

Travelera does not have authority to override an airline’s published fare rules or conditions unless the airline or supplier specifically authorizes us to do so.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the applicable airline or supplier rules, the type of fare or service purchased, the circumstances of the cancellation, and applicable law.

Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy for additional information.

Where applicable, Travelera will process refunds in accordance with the applicable airline/supplier rules and applicable law.

7. Airline Schedule Changes and Cancellations

Airlines may change or cancel flights for operational, weather, safety, governmental or other reasons.

When an airline cancels or significantly changes a flight, Travelera will assist customers with available options in accordance with the applicable airline rules and applicable law.

8. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

Customers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all documents required for their journey.

Depending on the itinerary, these may include:

  • Valid passport;
  • Visa;
  • Transit visa;
  • Electronic travel authorization;
  • Entry permits;
  • Health documentation; and
  • Other documents required by the destination, transit country or airline.

Travelera may provide general travel information, but customers remain responsible for verifying that they satisfy all applicable entry and travel requirements.

Travelera is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, visa refusal or other consequences resulting from inadequate or invalid travel documentation, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Payment Authorization

By submitting a payment, you authorize Travelera or the applicable merchant of record to charge the payment method for the amount presented to you for the applicable booking or service.

Travelera may request additional information or verification for certain transactions.

If a payment cannot be authorized, is reversed, is disputed, or is reasonably suspected to be unauthorized or fraudulent, Travelera may delay, cancel or suspend the applicable booking.

10. Changes to Bookings

Changes to an itinerary may be subject to:

  • Airline change fees;
  • Fare differences;
  • Taxes or government fees;
  • Supplier restrictions; and
  • Applicable Travelera service fees, if disclosed and applicable.

Customers should contact Travelera before making changes to their reservation.

11. No-Shows

If a customer does not cancel or change a reservation before the applicable deadline and fails to travel, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

No-show consequences are determined by the applicable airline or supplier fare rules and may include loss of ticket value or other restrictions.

12. Third-Party Services

Airlines, hotels, car rental companies, insurance providers and other travel suppliers are independent third parties.

Their services are subject to their own terms, conditions and policies.

Travelera does not control the operations, schedules, equipment, employees or policies of third-party travel suppliers.

13. Events Outside Our Control

Travelera is not responsible for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Weather;
  • Natural disasters;
  • Airline operational disruptions;
  • Airport closures;
  • Government actions;
  • Border restrictions;
  • Strikes;
  • Security events;
  • Air traffic restrictions; or
  • Other circumstances affecting travel.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
